From idea to short film
Beta: closed today, targeted to open December 2026
An idea or a script becomes a short film. Characters stay cast, every take is checked and reviewed, and the director revises shots in film-set terms.
brAIn is our end-to-end story engine, built as a responsible production office for AI film: for creators, studios and brands whose stories run longer than a clip. Start from an idea or a script and brAIn carries it to a finished cut, remembering who the characters are, what they wear, what they want and what stands in their way.
AI film is a young format, and the next change in how films are made after sound, colour and digital.
Great clips are now easy to get, and good interface ideas spread across tools within a season.
The work is getting longer, from single clips to series, pilots and shorts with real audiences, and keeping a whole production together is now the hard part.
A character's face drifts between scenes, and nobody knows which shots a script change broke. Film had the negative and music had the master tape. Stories made with AI need a memory too, and brAIn is being built to give them one: the story in approved versions, who approved what, and what a change breaks and what it costs to fix.
We are filmmakers, creatives and explorers, and we didn't invent this craft: brAIn turns the way film crews already work into a tool. Directors give instructions out loud, as on a film set, and brAIn takes them that way, turning each one into the next take.
We built it for our own work first, and now we are opening it to creators.
We are building it so every shot remembers what made it: the prompt, the model and the cost.
Model makers build the engines that brAIn and everyone else build on. Creator suites make short content fast, and one-tap apps bring everyone in. Most of them are built to hold the media. brAIn is being built to hold the production: the story and the decisions behind it. As the models improve, so do your pictures, and as interface ideas spread, what a tool keeps matters more.
We are building brAIn in chapters with the people in the beta, and what they tell us shapes the next one.

In the closed beta (V1)
Bring a script or start from scratch and write with as much or as little AI help as you choose. The storyboard then becomes the plan for every shot.
Next
Every shot of a whole episode is checked against the production's own rules: characters, costumes, places and props.
Then
brAIn shows which shots a change breaks and keeps the approved ones, with a record of who approved what, across episodes and series.
On the horizon
Stories you can step into as well as watch.
brAIn is made by Reality Crisis, a senior crew working between Helsinki, Mexico City and the US. We made Skatrix, a day-one launch title for Apple Vision Pro. We have also done commissioned work for Meta, and we work in partnership with Niantic Spatial. brAIn grew out of the years we spent making Skatrix, teaching software to keep what it makes true to its world.
brAIn is open in closed beta. Bring a story.
